Navigating Brain Fog
Learn to increase your cognitive performance through education and self-awareness. The 6-week program can help you improve the way you think, feel and function. It’s informative, fun and interactive. Click here for details. | Promote the class with our printable flyer.

Advanced/Chronic Cancer Support Groups
The most special kind of care we offer is for our advanced/chronic cancer patients. Advanced/Chronic cancer is cancer that cannot be cured or needs extended treatment that can go on for months or years – which means living and coping with this type of cancer is very difficult. A Time to Heal offers free professional facilitators to help participants live as well as possible for as long as possible. Click here for details.

Create Your Best Life Events
Join us each month on Saturday mornings for a series of free and informative events. These events offer brief, fun wellness presentations, while giving friends from A Time to Heal the opportunity to reconnect and socialize. Click here for details and promotional flyers.
